Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
When I try to open the camera on my 8310 Curve it tells me "Could not start camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again"
All other applications are closed and I cannot get into my camera. Very frustrating. Can you help me?
OMFG lol!. I just saw this on pinstack.com
My camera had hte same problem for months and this just fixed it!!
1)Remove back cover
2)Press gently, but firmly on lense (you should hear a click)
Apparently if dropped at all, the camera can shift!!
Cheers, Imma go take some pictures after months of not being able to!

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: BlackBerry Curve 8310
Download the newest firmware upgrade from Blackberry. In addition to a couple of new apps (movie mode and voice recorder), it should take care of your problem. Of course, this is all free.
