Question about HP Officejet J5780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My 1310 HP printer/scanner/copier all of a sudden will scan. I get this message: Computer cannot detect the scanner or camera. It has worked fine for 2 years. I have uninstalled and re-installed the software to no avial. Help!
What you need to change is your screen resolution to either 800 x 600 or to 1024 x 768 (in your desktop settings)
You will NOT have to restart your computer either.
Just restart your scanner program and you can start scanning.
At least that's my assumption, though you might have bad cables, or an incompatible program.
