The fuser unit is not heating up

unplug the copier then plug back in

make sure the fuser area where you clear jams is latched down

close all doors

if this does not work your fuser lamp is burned out or a fuse has blown on the heater roller
You will have to call service

Does it show if it is a f2-00 or any # after that? Sometimes you have to press the start key to display the rest of the nubers.

My copier sharp AR-5320E is showing number 4 and letter H on the display thereby making intructing the copier impossible.

H4 is a fuser problem, normally a reset will cure, to reset press these buttons

#, interupt, cancel (c), inturrupt. Display should say 'enter simulation'

enter 14, start, execute.
Switch off then on and it should work

Cheers
