Question about Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2003 Single User Retail - Ships SAME business day. S&H $5.95+ (028287006546)
We have QuickBooks 2003 and have been advised by Intuit that tech support is not available because this version is outdated. We need help with a payroll question. We did staff increases of 4%, yet when we generate one particular staff member's paycheck it is over $12.00 short even though the information inputed in the payroll and compensation section are correct. Does anyone know how we can solve this problem?
Without looking at your books, I can only hazard a few guesses. One is that the person is salaried and by pay date the calculation is figuring on an extra payweek. There are 53 Sun, Mon, Tue and Wednesdays in this year. Check the math and see if that is the problem (to correct add an extra pay week into the salaried amount in the employee profile)

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
