Ask sir why my pc did not open my monetor is ok but my cpu not working it any way to fix thanks agen have a good day...

You as well good day to you. So it seems to me that your question is compute is not working everything else is. This can be a series of issues here. A bad hardware component or memory module or a Power Supply Unit is bad. The question may have been better answered if we had more information on PC and what the issue is? Does the PC power up at all or is the PC not showing any power at all. If this is the case replace the power supply unit in the PC.
If your hearing beeps long beeps this could be memory or video or a card not functioning. You will have to turn off the computer and remove each component individually one at a time to see if the beeping stops if it does the removed device is bad and must be replaced this is just a easier way to determine a hardware matter.
If PC does start up and your hearing the CPU fan but nothing happens it could mean a bad board. If the PC starts up and you cannot see the BIOS at the beginning of the PC starting up. Then it may be the board is bad. In any event something is bad. You can try to re-install the operating system again doing a fresh install. If you have a restore disk or a Windows Operating Legal copy place int he DVD or CD tray and try booting it up and re-installing the software again. You will know if the HDD or hard drive is bad because you will not be able to complete the install it will tell you the "Software" will not install. Replace the HD hard drive.
So this is just a place to start from or what I would look for when analyzing a computer. If your not knowledgeable about this sort of thing you may wish to take it to a pro to handle it for you. It may cost you a bit but at least you will have a working computer once again. If the computer is old over 5 years or so I would get another one. Just a suggestion. John

When I start the computer, I get several beeps and the fans go into high mode and the system does not boot.

Probably motherboard failure. PSU is okay as it's powering up but motherboard cannot load. Make sure everything is set up right including your SATAs, RAIDs and PCI-E. Also make sure supplemental power is on. If this doesn't work check your CPU for any broken or curved pins. if there are either go to a repair shop or try to bend them back yourself. if the CPU is okay then I suggest you return your motherboard to the manufacturer for a replacement.
Have fun :)

I get a norton warning that I have high cpu usage yet Im not running any programs. My computer is running slow and doing alot of clicking noises.I have 98% available free space on my hard drive and i...

1. Try disabling some of the Startup Programs.Press the "Windows" key on your keyboard and the "R" key at the same time. When the run dialog box comes up, type "msconfig" then press OK. The System Configuration Utility will open. Go to "Startup" tab, disable all startup programs, hit OK then restart computer.

2. Test if the computer still runs slow, if it doesn't try repeating the step 1, and re-enable the startup programs one by one or you can just check on the programs that you want to automatically start whenever you start Windows. These startup programs eats your computer resources which should have been used by the computer for processing instead.

3. If you hear clicking noises from the computer it might be the computer's Hard Drive. Download and run a Hard Disk test. You can download Hard Drive Utilities from here - click this link

4. If the Hard Drive test fails then we will need to replace the Hard drive. If it passes run a full system scan using your Security software. The computer might be infected by a virus/malware which causes slow performance.

Hope this helps.

None stop noise(sound) the first time i turn the machine on, but it seems working alright coz everything functioning sofar

From your description I would say they hard drive is failing and would suggest that you buy a new one and transfer all your data over to it or go to a pc place and have them do it.

CPU fan not detected.....

The cpu fan has a three wire connector that connects to the mother board. Usually located to the right & up from the cpu. If yours is connected currently the wires may be miss aligned. From left to right the pins are: first pin ground/Black; middle pin 12v./Red & last pin rotation/Blue. There may be a bios update that address this issue. Dell does not give up information easly.
