Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
HP Inket C3100. When the printer's USB plug is plugged in, it does not allow the computer to boot up. Only after unplugging the printer's USB cable, does the computer boot up and only then can we replug the USB cable and it prints fine.
Is there a way keep the cable plugged in and have the computer working properly?
Try going into the bios by pressing F2 as the computer boots, then go to boot options and choose to boot from the hard drive first, cdrom second and floppy drive third (if you have one) then save the changes and exit the bios. You computer should boot as normal now.
I hope this helps

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
