As you do not remember the phone number that you mentioned on your Gmail account and are also unable to answer the verification questions, you can ask Google to send you a password recovery email on your secondary email ID that you may have mentioned in your Gmail profile. To do this, you can refer to "How to use your existing account recovery options in the event you're unable to log into your account" section on the following Google support page: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/185710?hl=en
Facebook has become a daily or near-daily habit for many people all over the world: People spend more than 700 billion
minutes every month on the site, talking to friends, playing games and
sharing information. While signing up with Facebook is simple, sometimes
accessing an existing account can prove to be problematic. This can
occur for a variety of reasons.
Facebook users who attempt to
log into the site with an incorrect password will not be able to access
their account until they go through the password recovery process. Users
can recover their Facebook password by clicking the "Forgot Your
Password?" link underneath the password login field. Users must enter
their Facebook email address, linked mobile phone number, Facebook
username, or their name and a friend's name. Following information
entry, users can click the "Search" button to identify their account and
have the password reset to a new password of the user's choice.
Incorrect or Forgotten Email
Facebook users who provide an
incorrect email address will be unable to log into the site. Since an
email address must be entered exactly as it appears on the email
account, including any capital or lowercase letters, numbers and special
symbols, an incorrect email login may be as simple as an accidental
lowercase letter or a forgotten underscore. Facebook users should check
their email address to ensure that no mistakes of this nature have
occurred before login.
If a user has forgotten the email address used for their Facebook
account, Facebook suggests the following options for email address
recovery: Try to log in with a username if one was registered, try to
log in using a mobile phone number if one is linked to the account, try
locating the account on the "Password Reset" page, or ask a Facebook
friend to view the account and find the email address listed on the
profile. If none of these options work, Facebook suggests using any
option on the "Recover Your Account" page.
Cache Or Cookies Problems
Facebook users who are unable to
log in may be having a cache or cookies problem. To fix these type
issues, users should clear the cache and cookies on the computer or
mobile device, enter "m.facebook.com" as a URL rather than using
previously established bookmarks or links, then log in as usual.
Account Disabled by Facebook
Facebook seeks to keep its site
populated with real people, rather than fake profiles. As Facebook
states, "Since accounts that impersonate anyone or anything can damage
the integrity of this environment, Facebook doesn't allow fake profiles
for celebrities, pets, ideas or inanimate objects." If your profile is
deemed to be a potential fake profile, the account may be disabled by
Facebook. When this occurs, the user will get a message upon attempted
login that provides a link to the "Confirm Your Identity" page. This
page provides possible reasons that the account may have been disabled.
In some cases, it is due to the user not confirming an identity via a
First, check the Junk/Spam mail folder in your email account in case
your email provider misdirected the notification email. If you did not
receive an email from Facebook with your security code, or your security
code is expired, please revisit Facebook
and follow the steps provided after logging in to request another code.
You can also select a different verification process from the "Choose a
verification method" menu at the bottom of the page.

you are having trouble completing the required steps in this process,

problem completing the security verification process, you can report the
1. If you recieve an email with attachment ( more than 3-4 MB ) Outlook may not download as the file size is too big 2. Any mail with attachment and has Virus/spyware linked to it, Outlook will disconnect.
Work around solution is, If you are using Antivirus which has Email filtering, Disable this option from the Antivirus program or Turn it off for time being till you download all the mails from Yahoo to Outlook and turn it on
Another reason is, at times yahoo login ( website ) ask you for verification code, ( this could be for several reasons like, someone trying to access your email account with wrong password, it will prompt for verification code ) If your login page is asking for verification code, and you are trying to download the mails from yahoo to outlook, you will get a username/password screen on Outlook, this is when you login to yahoo webpage and logout.
You must first check if the problem is with your e-mail account. Log in on your email account using your email address and password. If your were unable, settle first the issue with yahoo mail before you can log in with yahoo messenger.
If you can access your mail account, before signing in to yahoo messenger verify for capital letters in your password. If you are sure the password is correct, then the last option is to get in the answer and question portion of yahoo messenger to send to your e-mail the correct password on your yahoo messenger account. Click Forget Password to start the verification and reset your password.
