First of all, sorry for my english, I hope you understand me

I had the same problem,
I find it is;nt an electronic or a program problem,
It is just a mechanical problem
I noticed when I open the phone slowly, I can see the scream, but when I opened completely, it turn black again, so it must be something with the mechanism that open the phone.

When I open slowly, I can see the scream at almost an angle of 90 grades.

A black rectangular black screen shows up but..... sony trinitron

Check the set up. You may have closed captioning turned on which will show up as a black box if there is no closed captioning information for the selected channel. If that fails to resolve the problem, update this.
