Cannot convert video, using Videora ipod converter, get message cannot add ot library!!
Hi, i cannot convert a video, it keeps saying cannot add to library! i have tried to change the output of the video and change the resolution. But it keeps comming up, i was told by someone to come here! Please Help!

Have you used AmtooMp4 convertor before and been successful? It is possible that the video is not being encoded correctly and therefore the iPod can not read it. I have used (and recommend) using Videora iPod Converter. It is really easy to use. After you convert the files, you should be able to add them to your iPod. The link for Videora is: Videora
Try shortening the file name when importing the video. I don't know if there is a limit of characters but that has worked for me in the past. Also, try ripping the DVD into a different format. Some movies, I have had to rip to Mpeg 1 and then use Videora to convert to MP4V. Sometimes the conversion to MP4 just doesn't take from certain mpegs or avi files and you have to try another format.
Maybe your videos aren't in the correct format. Try converting them to .mov (which is the format of quicktime). You can use "Total Video Converter" or any other video converter. Save your videos and then take them to iTunes. Connect your Ipod and check the "sincronize videos" option.
