Question about Kenmore 73502 / 73504 / 73509 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
WE purchased the Kenmoore Elite trio 2 and a half years ago and this thing is a dog! We had the technicians come out 4 times and they said there was nothing they could do about the problems we would just have to live with it. Oh until it was out of Manufacturer's warranty! Then it needed to be replaced. Which the warranty we purchased only covers 500 and that's what they claim they are going to give us. On top of that the customer service people are rude! Left me on hold for an hour and hung up on both me and my wife. Will never buy from Sears or Kenmoore again!
They refuse to admit to a sticking defrost. check mother board, LCD boards (2), retrofit air way (known defect). And don't take no for an answer.
