If you take out the paper tray and drop the duplexer plate you will find the sheet of paper.

What is Error Code:59.A0 for Hp laser jet 400 M401d?

59 error indicates a main motor failure. This if often caused by a jammed cartridge, so trying a new toner cartridge would be your first step to trouble shoot this.

HP Laser Jet 4250, print getting very light in last few months or year. 135K page count, 6 years old, 600 DPI, PCL 5 - Windows Vista HP Cartridge, or compatible cartridge no difference - still light No...

The laser mirror could be dirty, the transfer roller could need changing. Looking at the "print quality" sub menu, the toner density default setting is 3. Up it to 4 or 5. See if that makes a difference. Remove the cartridge and open the covers. Use canned air or an air compressor and blow out the printer.

My HP P2015 reports a Jam when there isn't one

Hi,
Take the Tray 2 out and check if all the paper guides are moving freely if they are than remove the toner cartridge and check if any toner sensor is not align correctly.
If they are aligned correctly than next to the pickup roller there is a small piece of plastic make sure it should be hanging freely if it is than we need to perform cold reset of the printer.
Switch off the printer press and hold down the go button and switch the printer on keep holding down go button till the time three lights lit up on control panel, as soon as three lights lits up release the go button and let the printer initialise of it s own.
If that doesn't fix than Formatter Board of the printer is faulty.
Logic:
If there is no paper jam and printer rep[orts the jam means either any of the sensors is not aligned correctly and reporting the jam or formatter Board(Motherboard) of the printer is faulty and showing incorrect display.

Thanks and Regards

Error 13.10 paer jam in HP laser jet 5100 DTN

HI ayyasamyr:
This your problem.
13.10 PAPER JAM The event log message for a paper-delay jam in the duplexer is 13.10.
1. Check the duplexer and the rear area of the printer for obstructions or damage.
2. Check PS1701 and PS1703 in the duplexer for correct operation. Replace the
duplexer if a sensor is defective.

Hope this helps

Problem with my HP laserjet printer

It seems like the cartridge sensor is loose. Turn off the printer, unplug it and take the toner off. Wait a few minutes (it can be very hot) then try to find the sensor (in the area where the toner goes and see if it is loose (if so, try to adjust it).

Good luck
