Hello,
This seems to be an issue with the alignment of the printer.
Remove both the cartridges from the printer and clean the cartridge contacts with a soft lightly moist cloth and then re-insert the cartridges. Unplug the USB cable of the all-in-one and then let the all-in-one perform the alignment process and once it prints the alignment page. Once the alignment page prints out, place the alignment page (With the printed side on the scanner glass) and then press the Scan button. the alignment process should complete successfully.

Printer keeps showing : Press enter to align cartridges. After doing this it then prints out an alignment page and shows: Alignment failed please: Press enter Alignment failed. This goes on and on. I have...

I have found that if I put in an old aligned page the printer reads it as and the alignment is accepted. As for the cancelled message being in the window, I have had this problem too. I've ignored it and selected the copy button and it took the command. The only problem with hitting cancel is that you cannot turn off your printer. Every time you do you have to repeat the aligning and cancellation process.

Good-morning.... I have a HP 5610 All-In_one. I am getting a background shadow or hue (like a double print, if you will. I have cleaned print heads through the on-board service. Went through these steps...

Hello

First of all disconnect your USB Cable from the PC
which will make your Printer as a stand alone PC

Then try to Print Printer Self Test Page on a fresh page without any folds or wrinkels
this will print one self test page
and then put this page on the top of the printer i.e on Scanner Belt
and that will alifn your cartridges after the scan

After this connect your Printer to PC
go to
Start >> Printers and Faxes >> choose your printer and
Right click and Properties and Click "Print Test Page"

I hope this will resolve your query
all the best
