Check that the wireless is connected to the wireless - if yr using XP double click on the wireless icon in the systray and click on the connect button in the new window, if using Vista, click on connect to wireless network and see if it will connect manually. Kind regards

try going onto outlook exprss, tools, options, connections and put a dot in 'never dial a connection', click ok, exit outlook express. Open internet explorer, click tools, internet options, click the connections tab, then put a dot in 'never dial a connection' click ok. If this doesn't work, I'm a bit stuck, but will try to find out other solutions. sorry - but this MAY work. Do you have XP or Vista?

Cant open mirosoft website

When you open your browser and it cannot load the web page that means there is no internet connection... if there is... then the connection is not stable..

Try this, could help you stabilize your connection...On the top of your web browser, on the File menu , uncheck the "Work Offline"...........If you are using a wireless internet connection.. disable the firewall setting of your windows so that windows will allow the connection of internet and will not be strict...If you are using a broadband router make sure it is receiving high signal... and make sure to keep away the unit 1 meter from any live wiring or wall outlet..

I hope that solve your connection issues..

Much appreciated if you rate this help..thanks..

Web browser problem

see the first thing what u can do is u can reset the internet explorer,u need to open the internet explorer and >click on tools on the right hand side of the webpage>internet option>advanced>click on the reset tab at the bottom of advanced page, reset the internet explorer and then click on apply and ok and then close all the web pages and again open the internet explorer, and still if it doesnt work u can go to this website to solve the prob.

http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html

and still if it doesnt work and u want to reinstall the xp,on it all u need to do is to get the xp disk and then turn off the computer and then press the power button only once and immediately start tapping f12 and then select cd-rom and then put the xp disk in and keep tapping enter......after that follow the instruction and ur windows sp will be install.or call up cyberdefender.com for tech support

Connectivity problem

it is still trying to connect via your modem, go to control panel>network connection, and you will see your modem dialup connection, right click and select dissable if required.

next open up internet explorer, go to tools>internet options, then click on connections tab, then half way down select 'never dial a connection'.

Click apply>ok, then close internet explorer, open it up again and wait a few seconds and it will connect via your router(asuming that it is correctly set up).

If no page appears then click refresh a few times.

Changed router settings and now unable to access the network and internet

Just reset the router (there should be a reset button somewhere on it) it will default to open system. Then go back in and select WEP with 64 or 128 bit security. Generate your KEY and next time it connects enter the KEY. You should be set to go!
