I use Firefox, and always have, and I never had this happen until just the past few months. Yahoo will NOT save a draft of my email when I click multiple times on 'Save Draft'. There is no error message.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do you drop and drag from gmail to a flash drive

The Gmail Webmail interface does not allow users to download or copy emails as individual files using a browser, but you can achieve this by downloading your emails to an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. An email client can be setup to view all of your e-mails when configured with IMAP settings so you can then copy individual messages to a folder or thumbdrive. I'd recommend Thunderbird as it is free and works easily for want you want to do.

I have typed an email and tried to save it to my drafts without giving the email a subject. And then when I went to retrieve the draft yahoo couldn't open the draft and had said "yahoo mail is having...

I am guessing that Yahoo screwed it up. I often save mine without a title, and have in fact just checked one of mine and it is OK so I am pretty sure that it has gone the way of steam trains!!
Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Mozilla Thunderbird will not let me connect to my e-mails because it wants a new password. every password that i submit is rejected Please help

what email provider are you trying to use? can you log in through the web interface? you may need to adjust your actual account address in thunderbird settings, actually add your full address and not just your username or vice versa.

Hi, i cant read my mails in the inbox, drafts, spam or sent folders... wondering what wrong with my PC, but i can open and read them in another computer.

Hello,

Try to perform a system restore on your computer. System restore can help to back date your computer to the time when you PC could open your inbox, drafts,.........

Go to Start > All programs > Accessories > System tools > System restore.

Read and follow instructions and your computer will be restarted after the system restore. Then you can try to open our mail box again.

Also, you can use another internet browser. Take for instance, if you were using internet explorer to browse, you can try Mozilla or the other way round.

I hope the above helps, but if it doesn't, please let me know so that I can direct you on what next to do...

I wish you good luck.

Do you know a free software to backup locally my Gmail account?

Step 1. Go to the Gmail web interface and click the Settings link at the top right corner of the page. Look for the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab and click the link.
Step 2. Now you need to enable either POP or IMAP. For most people, POP will work just fine and it's the simpler of the two. Just select the "Enable POP for all mail" option. You'll also notice that you can control what Gmail does when your desktop client connects under the "When messages are accessed with POP" setting. Choose "keep Gmail's copy in the Inbox" since we're just using POP for backup purposes.
Step 3. Now startup Thunderbird, enter your username (the bit before @gmail.com in your e-mail address) and Google password. Thunderbird will begin downloading your e-mail, creating a local backup. There's no need to mess with Thunderbird's settings or since you're just doing this for backup purposes.

How can i change my email address into a new one without losing any of my email and contacts but yet forward new address to contacts in box

Use an E-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. When you set it up it will run off a desktop program and connect to your existing email account but have a different email name. Your current email must be compatible to POP3 or IMAP to be able to do this, if you have your email with Gmail or Yahoo they are. POP3 will download your email to the client and delete the mail from your original inbox, IMAP will simply make a copy. All emails will be saved to your computer and will be accessible while offline.
