**Selecting the Ring Tone and Volume Your phone has five different ringer tone/volume combinations you can choose from. To select the ringer: 1) With the phone in standby, press [vol/ / ] or [vol/ / ]. 2) The phone will sound the different ring tones at different volumes. To turn the ringer off, select RINGER OFF. 3) When the phone sounds the ring tone and volume you wish to use, press [end].
**Temporarily Mute Ringer If the handset is off the base while an incoming call is ringing, simply press [end] to mute the incoming ring. The ringer will sound with the next incoming call. Many times there is a volume switch on the actual handset itself. Most commonly on the left side of vtech devices. there are three different volume levels. By pressing up on the button you should be able to turn the volume up until it has an audible tone confirming volume change. Handset should ring with incoming call when audible tone is heard by pressing up on volume button.
Your Panasonic dealer can access the special programming to increase the volume to all extensions. That would mean ALL lines to ALL extensions. You might want to keep a log of incoming calls to see if it really is all lines before you take that solution. It may be just a single bad line.
Do you want to turn up the ringer volume or the call volume?
To adjust the volume of the ringer press the UP or DOWN arrow on the pad to bring up the main menu. Move to the 'Handset setup' icon and press OK. Select 'Ringer Setup' and press OK. Now select 'Ringer Volume' and OK. (At this point if you have 2 incoming lines you will need to select the correct line). The display will now show the volume, use the UP and DOWN arrows to adjust the volume. When finished press the OK button, then press the CALL END button to return to the main screen.
Adjusting the call volume is easier. When you are on a call use the UP and DOWN arrows to alter the volume.
I hope this helps.
ave you set it from inside the profiles for incoming calls. have you turned up the volume from the side of them phone when making or recieveing calls. set your pofile with all the loud tones and then it should work again.
