Question about Panasonic KX-T7630 Corded Phone
I have moved my base and calls coming to my phone wont get picked up as it is in a single office and does not ring out anywhere else.i want to divert all my calls to an occupied office extension so that calls can be answered and messages passed on
I missed your mentioning voice mail, so I guess that means you don't have it.
On your phone you have a FWD/DND button. It's programmed by dialing forwarding codes into the intercom, then the button is used to turn the featores on and off.
The code is *710x destination and maybe # where x=2 for all calls, 3 of busy, 4 for no answer and 5 for busy/no answer. When it's set, the light should be on solid. Pressing the button will make it go out and cancel FWD. You can set different forward destinations for busy and no answer.
You can also have different locations for intercom or outside calls. Those codes are in the TDA Users's manual.
