Need more information about your system and components. Please post your system spec's as well as what type and how much memory you are installing. What operating system are you running and is it 32 or 64 bit?

Normal. Three beeps = no ram The display has to do with the video card, not the ram.  Have you tried substituting another video card. How did the problem start. New build ect?

1) try cleaning the ram.
2) if it the long beep there is problem with the ram try changing the ram.
3) if you face the same problem there is a chance of *********** board to be faulty

No display

It is normal for a board to beep if there isn't any RAM in it. This is due to the POST process checking to see if everything is all right, and finding no ram.

to check the board, ll you can do, is make sure the CPU is compatible with the MB, also try putting an graphics in the machine. If it displays, great! Then you know your onboard graphics are not woking or disabled in CMOS. If it doesn't show anything, and you know that the RAM is not faulty, and the CPU is compatible, and you plugged out all CD-Roms/HDDs, then either your onboard graphics are faulty, or your motherboard is dead.

(You did test it with another screen didn't you?)

Intel 845gvsr motherbord nos display.

with no ram you will get beeps that confirms your processor is working (as it cant detect ram) you could be using the wrong speed or type, also as Ghoaliass stated, if your using a couple of modules try one at a time, if it fails on the first, remove the stick and try anther one and so on until you at lease get a bios screen :)

Hop-e this helps,
