you will need to contact the dealer. You will need your VIN # and the serial number off the back of the stereo. Without these 2 numbers it will be difficult to get the factory code. You can however remove that unit and get a new unit installed from just about anywhere. Radio and installation should be under 150 installed correctly.
The car will come with a card with the radio code, check owners manual. Sometimes the dealer will put a sticker with the code on the side of the glove box or behind it. Look carefully, it can be hidden. They also put them underneath fuse panel covers sometimes. If these all fail go to your local aftermarket stereo shop. They can usually do it and probably charge a third what the dealer would
Contact a subaru dealer for assistance and if they need s/n off the stereo, then remove it yourself and save the diagnostics fee. If they want to charge for the code, search the web for free anti-theft code information or use radio-code.com
if you go t radio-code.com you cant enter information on it to retrieve your code. You can also check in the owners manual under the radio section and see if there is a card there. also you can give your local honda dealer a call and give them your vin number and they can look it up. hope it helps
turn the radio off then hold numbers 1 and 6 down and hold at the same time. Then while still holding them down turn the radio on and a four digit number will apear followed by another four digit number. When you have both numbers call the dealer and tell him the numbers and they will give you the code.I did it today to mine.
