severe error: 0 x 9010001
I am getting the same error message. Did you ever get it fixed? If so, what did you do?

When you get an error code, you have to unplug the plotter from the rear of the machine.
If this error code appeared but was NOT caused by a paper jam, then you will need to replace the Encoder Disk Assembly.
