HOW TO CREATE BRIDGE MODE ON ZTE (ZXDSL831)

i installed ZTE (ZXDSL831). i want to create bridge mode. Anyone kindly help me to resolve the issue.

secondly after while the ZTE (ZXDSL831) drop the internet connection, the light of INTERNET on DSL is off and after that again start to blink.
