If the Battery is getting no power at all your only option is to send it back to the manufacturer and get a new one sent out

Charging pad the remote batteries are dead, won't hold charge anymore...

Sadly that's how they make the new rechargable batteries for controllers. You are supposed to recycle that and buy new. Luckily you can find chargers for the wii very cheap nowadays. I have used a few different chargers and have found the Nyko brand ones are junk so steer clear of those. The Duracell induction chargers however work very nicely. You just set the wii remote down on the charge pad and it charges fairly quickly. My kids run around and even if the remote shifts a bit it will continue charging. Hope this helps!

Mad Catz is not licensed by Nintendo and WILL cause all kinds of problems. If you can return it still, please do it.You need items which are licensed by Nintendo(very few are) or are Nintendo brand.I used to repair Nintendos for a full time job and have seen it many times over.Sorry to break bad news.Good luck and game on!

I have a wii remote charger and have just purchased some rechargeable batteries but they don't appear to be charging, everything is set up correctly but remote only showing 1 light lit and then going dead

Make sure your charger is plugged in your Wii AND turned on. If you do this, the remotes should charge.
If the remotes still don't charge, there's a problem.

It's not working when it's pluged into the remote

Is the remote fully charged? Can you try the same ninchuck with a different wii remote. It could be the port on the remote damaged. If it doesnt work with another remote it needs replacing.

Hi my wii remote was put in a charging unit but had normal batteries in it, now it wont work, is this why?

Normal or alkaline batteries cannot be recharged. Take out the old batteries and put in new ones. The recharger probably discharged the batteries.

Nintendo Wii controles will not work. They have power, but will not move curser

Check the connection on your wii bar.If it's connect unplug the AC adapter from the power cord wait 10 min and plug it again. If the problem persist check Wii with another controller. If not working replace the wii bar.
