Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Do not have the installation disc. Was able to download the drivers, however when I tried to print, it doe not print and cannot use "scan" function.
Check the drivers are for your current operating system
1. Go to Control Panel/Printers and Faxes/Add New
2. Follow the prompts then select have disk
3. Go to the directory in which the file is located and double click it
4. Get back to me with your results
