When i'm playing the game the the screen all of a sudden gets pixelated/distorted. I don't think there is an over heating problem because the console is not hot and there are no red lights either. Here's a few pictures to show you what i'm talking about:

I think this is less of an isolated issue but a universal one. As Halo 2 (and I'm assuming the version of Medal of Honour you speak of) are original xbox games, these can be prone to graphics distortion due to being emulated. I often find my Halo 2 campaign mode sometimes "ghosts" or leaves certain outlines stuck on the screen, which is irritating but nothing too major.
If this happens in any designated xbox 360 game, search the web for similar problems with the game itself, if not give Microsoft a call. Bring food, it's a long call wait :)
