Computer wont run protools le effficiently

First you need to check the Minimum requirements of the program. you could be having a low ram/slow processor issue.

if youdon't know how to check your computers ram. click start/right click computer or my computer/properites. lower right sould say your processor speed and ram. if its to small then just go to best buy or google and google the 2-4 GB ram sticks. and install those. if its a processor issues same deal but little harder to install.

Hp compaq d350 sff processors compatibility

Your best bet is to work from the existing processor model number, since manufacturers can change the motherboard in a given model of computer from one range of serial numbers to the next. They sometimes also offer the same model of computer with different processors and motherboards at different prices. So you can not tell much from the model number of the computer.

May I also advise you that changing a processor requires a little special procedures, equipment, and knowledge these days. It is not just unplug one and plug in the other any more. If you do not know what you are doing you could easily "fry" the new processor from excessive heat, due to incorrect installation. So look for some help if you are not sure of the details for replacing a processor chip. It's not hard, just that some things that may not be obvious are critical.

What is the best processor for an HP a130n? Pentium D 900 series Dual Core (Presler) Pentium D 820 (Smithfield, 90nm) Pentium 4 631, 641, 651, 661 (Cedar Mill, 65nm) Pentium 4 630, 640, 650 (Prescott,...

Buy as much processor as you can afford. Intel and AMD are pretty close in performance. Volumes have been written on both sides of this arguement and depending on your POV, you can make the case either way. The next fellow who sees your question and my remark will say I'm nuts, that any fool knows XYZ processors are the best ... well ok, we all know about opinions.

Best thing for you to do is find a computer that does what you want to do and if available to upgrade, get the "best" processor the manufacturer offers for the machine you choose.

Thanks for using FixYa.com

I hope you have found value in these remarks

I would like to upgrade my cpu processor

My best advice for this is to not buy it alone, or go in blindly. You should take it to a computer shop, even best buy - take it in with you and their team of experts will gladly help you.

Dell gx270 processor fan

See Following Link:

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/opgx270/en/ug/index.htm

Generally, there are four clips that secure the fan to mobo. Rotate them in direction of arrow mark shown on them. That should unlock the fan & you can easily remove it then..

Please rank my solution if found useful..

Thanks & best Luck.

Upgrade processor on ALI 1541 motherboard

May need to be configured in the Bios, but also some older boards had processor adjustments on the motherboard, either with a block of little white dip switches, or with jumpers that you remove or replace depending on the processor. Some times the settings for the processor are printed on the board too. Are you sure the motherboard can take a processor up to 500MHz.
If you don't have the manual for the motherboard have a look on it for the make and model number and search google for it. If it is available it will probably be an Adobe pdf file so make sure you have Adobe's Acrobat reader.
