Problem with printing a page of grade summaries

I am an elementary music teacher. Each class has one folder for test scores and one for class participation. I have used Teacher's Toolbox for several years, and previously, I have been able to print a page which gives overall scores for a grading period, such as quarter 1, quarter 2, etc. This time, I have been struggling with printing, and have gone through a horrible amount of wasted paper, because I cannot get it to just print what is on the screen. It insists on printing a pile of pages giving every grade for every class period. I don't need that. I only need to print out the summary page for each class, of the recently completed grading period so I can give grade report sheets to all the classroom teachers. I am having so much trouble that I am about mad enough to bite nails. I have to have grades turned in tomorrow, so any enlightenment anyone might be able to give me will probably not help for this grading period, but I would like to know if I might have done something wrong to the program, so I could correct it for the future. I have tried every menu, every button, everything I can find, and nothing helps.
