You need to stand in the middle of the mat, on the white square.  Then the rolling stops.

For problems related to the speed ensure that your mat is as far from the console as possible.

If you have Dance Dance Revolution Hottest Party 1 AND 2 for the Wii (both, not just one) you can unlock all songs for DDR Hottest Party 1

First, start up DDR Hottest Party 2.

You plug in the DDR Controller in the GameCube controller slots on the Wii system.

The GameCube controller slots should be on top of the Wii. It should be inside a small door you can open if you haven't used it.

I don't think you can get the full song in the game. You might have to listen to the full song on the computer or radio or etc.

Howcome my Wii DDR Hottest Party 2 mat doesn't work? It works when I tap it in choosing songs/options/etc, but it does not work at all when I'm stepping on it during the game/song! Please help!!

It must be plugged into player one for single play. Plug it into the slot that is closest to the power button. (i.e. it will have one dot under the connector to indicate player one.)
