- I have a B200 machine. Mine stopped working, I drained it, refilled to prime, after priming is says" priming heating please wait". It never changes at this point. If I drain the machine the water is hot, so I know it is heating, also when the machine has been drained and the request for water to be added to prime, the pump turns on but instead of taking H20 to the tank it comes directly out of the dispenser instead, leaving same message, "priming heating, please wait".- Guest
