I have a B200 machine. Mine stopped working, I drained it, refilled to prime, after priming is says" priming heating please wait". It never changes at this point. If I drain the machine the water is hot, so I know it is heating, also when the machine has been drained and the request for water to be added to prime, the pump turns on but instead of taking H20 to the tank it comes directly out of the dispenser instead, leaving same message, "priming heating, please wait".

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...

Keurig elite b40 cup lights don't flash. Both are illuminated solid.

Lift the handle to open the k-cup holder and then close it back up. The coffee mug lights should begin to blink for you.

My keurig b200 is stuck in the mode saying that is "heating please wait" nothing seems to be happening i dont have the user maual. is there a way to reset the machine?

It is most likely the 12v air pump not working. It doesn't provide the air pressure to pump the water into the heating canister and, thus, the unit will try to heat the water indefinitely. See the following forum; it's about the B70 but much useful info, including sources for the air pump that you most likely need: http://www.singleservecoffeeforums.com/dissassembly-repair-guide-keurig-b70-platinum-t8124.html

Continually running/heating

Coffeemakers have two heating elements: a brew element and a keep-warm element. When the water reservoir has run empty, a thermostat switches power from the brew element to the keep-warm element.

The keep-warm element will cause the thermostat to stay in this condition until more water is added [or power is cut off] which will cool it down to switch back.

However, if the keep-warm element has quit working, the thermostat may be reactivating the brew element. With no water in the reservoir, the brew element will heat up till the thermostat trips again, then cool down, etc. This cycle will repeat until power is switched off.
