Question about Neff W5340X0 Washer

1 Answer

I have a GE brand new washing machine WSSH300GWW, great front loader machine, as soon as I turned it on, I could barely hear it, loved it. But as soon as it went through its spin cycle, wow. I thought my 400k house was going to come crashing down. I thought, maybe its not level. Took a level to it, and its almost dead center. I decided to jump on top of my washer after I saw it violently moving, I could not believe that this thing would move after having a 200 lb man on top of it. WOW, what do I do?

First thing is to make sure all of the shipping (brackets, bolts, straps, etc) have been removed.
Do FULL loads, NO partial (small) loads, these machines do NOT like small loads.
Where is the washer? Basement, first floor, second floor. Basement is the ideal place, on a concrete floor. If not, does the dryer shake when the washer does or is it just the washer? If the dryer does, the it could be the floor, not re-enforced enough. If all else fails call for service since it is NEW, but chances are the servicer will say what I just said.

First unplug the machine. If you remove the bottom panel you can reach all the way to the door lock position and should be able to reattach it easily. Why if i may ask were you trying to remove the panel?

Bra wire stuck inside washer between drums - WSSH300GWW

If you are unable to remove the wires from inside using needle nose pliers, then my advise is to call in a professional. Taking out the inner tub on a front load machine is involved, and you open yourself up to several potential leaks as well as bearing damage.

I just got a brand new GE Front Loader Washer & Dryer.

No, but it depends on in part on what cycle you selected. Did you happen to choose one with an extra rinse cycle?

remove the front lower kick plate (2 screws on very bottom, you may have to tip the machine back a little to get at the screws). on the rt side you will find a black accordion like rubber tube that houses a filter. remove this tube for inspection of filter. If clogged clean out filter and reinstall. Be careful to reinstall oring on largest part of tube. This fixed my no drain/no spin problem. Oh sure to turn off the water supply to the machine, and have some bowls ready to catch water that drains out of tube.

My Ge wssh300gww will

It is probably a clogged pump (don't look in owners manual for info - curiously it isn't in there - just says call tech - bolocks!)

Remove 2 screw on front bottom panel.
Remove cover.
Plastic boot and pump are on right had side. Clean out - and use the change to buy a drink - celebrating the fact you didn't have to spend hundreds on a tech!
