Say no more mate , id get rid of norton and use something good!! Norton consumes lots fo system resources and i can guarantee that you will see such a boost in performance once you remove it. Use Bitdefender Internet Security or Eset Smart Security.

Use the norton removal tool from symantecs webbsite , it gets rid of all the registry keys , program files , etc for all norton products

As for trojan removal , follow these steps:-

First have you stopped system restore? - this will reduce the possibility that the malware is lurking there.

Now download ccleaner
http://www.ccleaner.com/

and run this to clear all temporary files and restore points.

Now download the following - DON'T run yet

download and update MBAM Malware removal tool
http://www.malwarebytes.org/

download and update A squared anti malware
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/download/

Now boot to safe mode - restart press f8 repeatedly to enter safe mode.

now run MBAM full scan reboot into safe mode and run a squared full scan.

Also download spybot search and destroy from safer-networking.org which is free. Update to the latest definitions , apply immunization then do a full system scan and remove anything that it shows

DO ALL OF THE ABOVE IN SAFE MODE!

Has it gone yet?

Also go to start >> run >> type "%TEMP%" without the quotes which should open a folder

Delete all or as many of these files as you can , you might not be able to delete all of them but try and delete most of them

If you have access to another pc, try connecting your drive as a secondary drive and then scan with antivirus and antispyware software, it could be that the virus itself is blocking the antivirus from deleting it.

How do I get rid of three trojans

Hi jff9 going by the level of information in the description. I assume the obvious is the updates has been performed for your antiviral (AV) software.
failing the above ... and depending on the AV software you use. I suggest have a look at AVAST. It is free to licence and good as any industry software.

also try out "trend's " HIJACKTHIS download and install. if you see anything that resembles the trojans. It can be removed.
as always ... make sure you have a good backup of your data before performing any changes when using hijackthis. Please note ... the website has a help file to assist in identifying what you should be looking for.,

I have trojan like which can affect my laptop hack password take out my credit card details.

Have you got an anti-virus program?
If you have did it remove this trojan virus?
If you have not an anti-virus program or the program cannot remove this trojan, then I recommend you format the hard drive and reinstall Windows, the laptop device drivers and your programs.
This is the only sure way to remove such a threat.
Although this is a drastic method, it is better to be sure you do not lose your money to crooks. After installing Windows, install a good quality anti-virus program and keep the virus definition files updated regularly.
