Question about Insignia 42" LCD Flat-Panel HDTV
Phillips plasma flat screen won't turn on. The red light blinks 7 times and then repeats. Does anyone know what is wrong with it?
First, eliminate the possibility that the power cord, itself, is not faulty. Try another power cord from, say, your computer, or something else with the same type of power cord. This is often overlooked
