Brenda, according to the GE website, that model is no longer available. They do have other models of similar size though. I have included a link to their website for that size microwave. Products from GE Appliances

Most likely problem is your Smart card has fried.Its located on the removable panel that your display is attached to.If you remove the screws that open this Clock Panel (un plugged from power first) the display panel will swing down and you will see the circuit board I mention (Smart card/control board ).Look for a visible burn on this board.If you see one ,replace the board. I am a recently retired appliance engineer of 20 years, i am reluctant to help with microwaves because of the dangers, the store electric even when unplugged, but it sound just like an internal fuse, these are special quick blow types, can be bought from most electronic high store shops, and replacements must be exact match, if a replacement blows there is another fault and don't recommend self repair
work with safety and remove the plug first etc
oh the fuse is just inside following the mains wire in, and normally on a small circuit board
