This can be any number of problems, like corrupt logs, too many entries in your default log structure,. You can check this link regarding rebuilding your logs:
WinFax Tools has many fixes for WinFax that are automated.

You don't have WinFax installed properly, or the install isn't complete if you getting these error messages. You need to complete the installation of WinFax to the end.
