The receiver of my FAXes says that there is a black line down the middle of each page. The FAX is a good copy-clear, etc.... but this line has to go. What can I do? Thanks, Donna Dear Donna, When a document is scanned from the top portion of the printer, it will loop around and output from underneath. The scanning glass on the far left side will have some debris on it. Lift the the lid exposing the glass portion, inspect for "stuff" on the glass, perhaps pen or white out.
