Question about Minolta CF2001 Copier
Hi I have got a Minolta CF2001 and each time I start up it says to Phone my teck and give him the code COF37 Do you know what this is leading to. Cheers Craig
COF37 is a code for ATDC high black density failure. Several different things can cause this code & I assume it does not clear by turning the machine on & off.It may be a dirty sensor or may need a black developer change. Either way I would recommend contacting a tech as the process unit can be tricky to remove.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
