Question about Nintendo DS Lite - Onyx
A wire has disconnected, you have to take ds apart again (not fully) just so you have access to motherboard with black and white wires showing. look to where the black wire is fixed on and below that to the edge of the board you will see a tiny piece of see-through plastic with black lines through it, (mine had come loose and i had fastened ds up whilst it was curved underneath board). you should also see there a slot approx 2mm at most with 3 / 4 bronze/gold prongs ( very much like smaller version of the large wide wires and slots they fasten into) you dont have to flip anything up to get this wire in or out, just slot in carefully (i used tweezers) as far as will go, making sure you dont disturb placement of any other wires. now put shell back on and before you put screws in just switch ds on to see if problem is solved. hopefully ! mine worked fine after this.
