I understand I need a new cartridge but how do I get the lever off? I don't see any fasteners or anything.

    Thank-You

I'm having the same issue. I'm a plumbing idiot and can't seem to find the installation manual. If anyone can post a "how do I get the cartridge out b/c that's why the lever won't stay up when you turn it on" guide or link to such a guide, please let me know.

I have the same problem: the lever don't stay up. It's been told that need to change the cartridge, but how do I take the lever apart? where ca I see a parts/assemble diagram?

    Thanks.

Rear brake lever sticking making my brek lights stay on

Hi, There should be a spring that pulls the lever back up when you remove your foot. It might be missing or broken. You might also have a mal adjusted switch that activates the brake light. it should be located near the pivot bolt for the brake lever. There is also a switch on the front brake lever. That might need adjusting or replacement.

Kohler pop up plug staying closed

The plug has a little hole in the end - that rocker-arm lever fits through the hole. If the plug gets turned 90 degrees to the side before installing the lever, the lever won't go through the holeand the popup won't pop up. Pull the lever back out, rotate the plug 90 degrees with your fingertips or thumb, and put it back in. It may take several tries.

The right side parking lights stay on.

If you centralise the turn signal lever the park lights will go off. If you put the lever to the left the left park lights will stay on and If you put the lever to the right the right park lights will stay on (as long as the ignition is off).
This is designed so that you can leave half of the park lights on (to save power) for extended periods without flattening the battery so quickly. Selected Volkswagen/Audi models have had this handy feature since 1963
I understand that this change-over opeation of the turn signal lever is switched by the ignition switch.

Brake lever has slop in it brake light stays on when on accellin

there is a nyliner ( nylon bushing) around the pin on the pivot of the lever. start by replacing that- it is very inexpensive and easy to replace. while you have the lever off check the brake switch for proper function- it should switch on and off easily with just a simple push and release of a small screwdriver or punch.

Lever on taoster will not stay down

I would just buy a new toaster...they are not that expensive. Check the intruction book first because maybe it's under warranty. Or if you bought it very recently, just take it back to the store. Most places will take it back even without a reciept if you tell them you just bought it and it's already broken.

Toaster lever wont stay down

Open the toaster up and look inside by the levers, there should be a little piece that will keep the lever down, if this is missing, then you may need to replace the toaster, if not, then the little piece may be stuck, you can use the following to try and loosen it up,
1. WD-40
