sad to tell you this but it is not our mill as we sell nothing nor do we know the make or model . return it to where you bought it if it isn't right

I have a Vienna Deluxe and in process beans are ground and you hear the thump thump and then no espresso comes out for espresso shots and then the red light goes on?

Hi John,
your message lacks from preciseness... What is this thump thump ?
Do you hear the water pump running ?
If yes, and nothing comes out, the pipe after the pump may be clogged, or a valve (solenoid driven) may also be blocked or cogged.
Try to locate the issue more precisely, then dismount the suspected items, clean and de-scale them, change the o-rings, lube the joints (grease) and remount the reverse way. If it does not work, that's because you still have not located the faulty part.
Retry another time.
Good luck !

Krups burr coffee grinder - When I push the power button it flashes on briefly and then stops. It has briefly ground some beans so it working to some extent. Any ideas what is causing the grinder to...

Empty the grinder and see if it will run with no coffee bean in it. Some times debris will get caught in the grinder because it got mixed with the beans from the factory. If it runs your good to go. If not then the mother connection are not solid and it will run off and on at will.

I push the grind button and nothing happens. Nothing appears to be broken that I can see. I have removed and replaced the ground coffee bin.

If you have an air compressor... use it. The fine dust can get in to the safety switch mechanism and create an insulation to the switch that prohibits current flow. If you DON'T have an air compressor (or cans of compressed air available at office supply stores), clean it as best you can with an old tooth brush and blowing really hard, then use a vacuum.

Grinder starts up but wont grind..nothing happens. one week old

I think this might be because no beans have gone down into the mill. There is a definite difference in sound when it is actually grinding beans. Try emptying the beans out, set it to the coarsest setting, put the beans back in, shake the thing a bit then turn it on.

Programable Timer

After you follow the directions in the manual, you have to press the Program button one more time so that it lights up - THEN it will make coffee at the set time.

The two small little guides you refer to are a pair of switches that get depressed when the top is pressed down. In the top is supposed to be a plastic pin in the top of each one of the grooves. When both pins push both of the switches down (look like black dots) the grinder wil operate. The proper solution would be to replace the top.
