Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
My clip is stuck on the refresh database screen, and will not make any progress on the bar past what it's already made.
Rebooting the device usually helps with this.
Any time it's 'stuck', you can do a soft reset (reboot) by holding the power/hold button up in the 'on' position while pressing the center-round button for a few seconds.
If it defaults to off, it should restart normally by using the power-on switch.

Thanks Jake! Holding the power button up and holding the center button turned it off and I was able to turn it on normally again. Mine was stuck on "Connected" after unplugging it from the computer while charging.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
