I couldn't stay connected with Scott long enough to tell him anything

Not sure how to reconnect with him Is it possible for you to assist him or get someone that can. I have to go on a business trip and will have limited connectivity to FIXYA

Just replaced thermopile generator and pilot will not stay lit


Check the new thermopile with a millivolt meter and make sure it has the correct output not connected to the gas valve.If it does,then the gas valve is defective.Make sure to test ONLY the thermopile.If it does not generate enough millivolts the gas valve will not open.If the piliot is dirty it will not generate enough heat for the thermopile.Make sure you have a good,strong,blue flame at the pilot.You said the piliot will not stay lit?If not then start by blowing air back through the piliot where the flame comes out with compressed air.hopefully that will clean it well enough.If not you may have to take the pilot tubing loose from the valve and use compressed air to clean it.Make sure when you reconnect the tubing to the valve USE FINGERS ONLY to start tyubing or you may crossthread the tubing....and thats NOT a good thing.Good Luck.

check make sure you reconnect the wheel speed sensor built in the wheel bearing assembly make sure you reconnect wheel speed sensor connector or look make sure no wires and connector wont damaged.

Won't start. No spark. Suspect oil alert.Only ran twice out of box. Had to buy another generator as I couldn,t take the time to fiddle. 10 or 15 yrs. ago.


That is easy enough to tell if it is the oil alert malfunctioning by disconnecting the wire that goes to the oil alert and making sure the wire is not grounded and check for spark.

Sansa View - reconnects over and over


Unfortunately, the two things you already tried are the only troubleshooting options available. There is either a loose connection inside the player or possibly you have a bad USB cable. If the cable is fine, the unit needs to be repaired/exchanged through the manufacturer.

1997 Toyota Camry Lost All Battery Power


I would check your main battery terminals to make sure they are not loose. Sometimes, even when you have reconnected them properly they may not be tight enough to make a good electrical connections...I have seen it a million times and I have also been a victim myself :) If you shake them and they swivel at all that may be your problem. Sometimes another way to tell is if you can move them around and the car starts one time, then later that day or sometime down the road the car wont start again this is a sign that the connection is your problem. You should definately try this first, then go from there.

check the input signal.switch the cables and see if that changes anything.also check the back of the amp for filters.make sure that they are set the same way.check cables on source coming in to amp.ie-quarters to rca's or rca's to xlr's.make sure amp is not set to parallel inputs or bridged mono.

Without owning one , I checked the manual and, sure enough, there's no circuit breaker shown. I mailed tech support. Meantime check where the AC comes in and the fuse holder ( unplugged) and see if you can find anything.
