I cleaned my clogged printer head and placed it back now when i start it. I get "service req 00010004"
what do i do.
Make sure that the "Encoder Strip" is clean and in the channel for the sensor located on the back side of the printhead carriage.

Remove all paper and front paper tray Pull the green unlock tab and while pressing down on the blue cutter rod slide the print head to the right and after releasing the cutter rod, slide the print head all the way to the right.
Power back on.
Machine should reconfig and clear the service req. 00010004 error.
Good luck.
