Log onto your payal account open up a dispute in resolution tab you will have to find this tranzaction and copy the details down date / item no / etc... (write them down) make a list of problems you have with the seller to make a claim.

Other than that you might need to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266
6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve the problem

I am trying to change my email address and haveing no luck my old email address was [email protected] my new one is [email protected]

Follow the below instruction to change the email address in pay pal account
  1. Login to your paypal account using your email id and password
  2. click on the MY ACCOUNT tab
  3. select Profile tab ->Add or Edit Email option
  4. Click Add and add the new email id(You can have up to 7 email id)
  5. Enter your email id after that you receive an email and you need to confirm
  6. login back to paypal using old email id go to Add or Edit email option again
  7. Select the new email id and click "Make Primary " option
  8. Now either you can keep both of them or delete the old one

If you believe you do not have an account with PayPal, disregard this message. However, if you want to check further, log in to PayPal directly via www.paypal.com. Do not click any links in your email with dubious messages like this.

If you are now in PayPal, log in using your email address where this message was sent. Paypal will detect if this is a registered account or not. I highly suggest you check your bank accounts too for unscrupulous transactions.

Received an email supposedly from paypal. Am trying to establish authenticity. Email states that my account access has been limited because they believe that my account was accessed by a third party. Case...

I'd suggest logging into www.paypal.com and going to the Help / Contact Us section there. The email is 'probably' a hoax, but you can not be sure. DO NOT click any links in the email itself. Type the PayPal.com link into your browser to avoid a 'phishing' attempt. Hope this helps.

On 30/10 I purchased two dolls from kcivram1823, paypal made payment thru my credit card, seller advises me that the money has not been entered into her paypal a/c. Transaction I>D> OV6519927X143213V...

If you honestly paid and money is missing from your credit card then she had to of received your payment. If you overpaid for the item then get her Paypal email address and send her the $15.00 back through the "Send Money" link..Just select "Gift" as the reason for a payment. You can also open a dispute if she never sends you the dolls after 15 days have passed to get all of your money returned to you. I see you have a transaction ID so Paypal will have record of payment so there is no way she could lie to you about not getting payment

Paid by Pay Pal on Sept. 04. 2009, transaction ID, 06H91061PX175542G for item purchased thru Ebay #290344468117 and item has not been received. What do I do next?

I would email seller and ask for a tracking code. Let them know that you have not recieved the item yet. Wait at least a week more and if you still haven't recieved, then you can see if you and seller can work out a refund, etc.
