Question about Lexmark JetPrinter Z25 InkJet Color Printer
I have a Lexmark Z52 printer. It was working fine until one day I tried to print something off the internet. I got a message that said "error found when printing doc.'Inkjet Download' to LPT1".I don't know what that means. I have tried clicking on the retry button, then the cancel button but it keeps coming back to haunt me. I have unplugged the printer from the outlet and from the tower but the message keeps popping up. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it but again, the message keeps popping up. My operating system is windows 2000 if that makes any difference. Please help.
Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud
