Samsung S630 - camera works Vista doesn't

Okay the camera itself works great until i plug it into my computer and stupid vista does not recognize it. I download the drivers, but im pretty sure they are for xp or earlier. What should I do to get my pictures onto my new computer?

i have the same problem as well, i have the driver and software but it sais my driver is not compatible with 32 bit windows vista, i checked out the samsung website but the driver is for only widows xp and older, i tell you i am so going to get rid of vista, nothing seems to work, there are boot up problems, and not everything is compatible with vista, and it runs slower than wondows xp. screw windows all together i might go with mac. maybe then i can have some kind of luck, i hate vista worth a passion.

I am having the problem that Windows Vista does not recognize my Samsung camera. It worked fine when i had Windows XP. I have tried to change the compatability and that does not work. When i have my camera downloaded onto my computer everytime that i turn on my computer it changes the screen resolution and i have to reset it. I thought this was not the case but when i deleted the camera from my computer the resolution stayed as it should be.

Take out all all software that you have installed and drivers . See if Vista will see it on its own. Strictly speaking cameras being USB devices do not need drivers or any other software. Just let Windows[Even Vista] do the work. Though having said that Vista is in big trouble with stuff that do need drivers.
