As for the 5562 it sounds like the power supply may have gone bad. The output voltage and amps should be printed on it. Test it with a multimeter. As for the 5520-5865, did you discharge static electricity from yourself before you touched the memory? Apparently static electricity can damage RAM. Also make sure the memory is seated properly in the slot. I assume you had to remove a cover or something to install the memory. Maybe something got knocked loose when you were in there. Re-trace your steps.
