TV turns on and off continuously.

On night I went and turned the tv off, since that night it will turn on and offf with no sound or picture. The TV is a 37 inch LCD HD TV With DVD Player. I talked with two TV repairmen and they say the circuit board in no good and cannot be replaced because the parts are no longer avaliable. please help?
