press ctrl+alt+del at the same time to run task manager.click on processess and click on the process for the programme running and end task.click on yes.then try to uninstall it.dont end any system task.

- should be something like wscomm.if you cant find it try ending all tasks other than system tasks.dont end explorer either.this is your windows explorer.
