I have the same problem.

Service code 326 means the laser unit is bad.
Could also be bad door switches on this model since they cut the voltage off to the laser if the door is opened. hope this helps

to get into SP MODE Press Yellow 107 then hold down the red key. this will get you in but what you do when you in is up to you . as remember pressing the wrong thing could damage something else !!! good luck

remove the LD unit and clean the mirror in a clean cloth with some drop alcohol

call Ricoh and ask how to get machine in self-diagostic mode (there a keypad combinations to enter this-usually 2-3 keys pressed at once)
