CD will not eject (by 2 users)

I put a cd in my MP6211 and it plays fine but i can not get it to eject

Not only does the CD not eject, it will not play. The radio is fine and I have taken off the front panel (removable) and pushed the re-set switch.... but still no fix to the problem. Is there any other way to eject the CD? I am almost at the point of removing the radio/player and taking off the case... I just wonder what could go wrong?

Wizon the front panel, look for a tiny pinhole and insert a pin while powered up to reset the device, however it is possible your eject switch is inoperative now for some reason. if reset no-go, the disassemble the front panel, find the eject switch and clean the contact pads with alcohol swab
