Here is a link to the manual. It is in Italian, but you can copy and paste the parts you need and download to the Google Translator for free.
That's a tough one, the only thing I can think of is checking the reset switch and the element with an ohms meter to see if they are functioning correctly, before moving on. The only reason the machine would turn itself off, would be lack of water in the main boiler and if it does not know there is water in the reservoir, or it cannot take water from the reservoir to fill the boiler, or the element is overheating so *** trips the reset.
switch off at the wall then manually drain the water using the (emergency drain outlet near bottom) if your model does not have one of these turn on and off at wall then set the wash programme to drain only this will be indicated in the manual of on the programme guide on the front panel.
Now your door should unlock once the water is drained.
Hi.If the overflow contact on the pressure switch is closed for more than 60 seconds, an Overflow Condition will occur. In an overflow condition, the door remains locked and the drain pump runs constantly, even if PAUSE/CANCEL is pressed twice and the display is cleared. Turn off hot and cold water faucets and unplug the unit before servicing the unit in this case.
Possible Causes / Procedure
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked. 2. Unplug washer or disconnect power. 3. Check wire harness connections to the drain pump, pressure switch, and Central Control Unit (CCU). 4. Check/clean drain pump filter of foreign objects. 5. Check for drain pump failure. 6. Check the inlet valve for proper shut off. 7. Check the pressure switch for proper operation.
The culprit in this situation could be the inlet vale, drain pump or pressure switch. Check all points above to isolate the issue. If you require a service manual to guide you through the necessary inspections, I will need your entire model number to post it. Post the entire model number, asap. i will post the proper service manual after i receive your model number and brand.
