Question about Computers & Internet
Ok I had a problem with my laptop recieving power I changed the cord the adapter and the DC power Jack took it to a computer repair man and he replaced the jack which it did need then still had the same problem when I went to power up the laptop It wouldnt even boot up it acted as though it was going to but nothing but a black screen and then nothing. I think I need a new motherboard but I have no idea what part number it is to replace it.
In order to help you I will need you to take the laptop completley apart and get the model number off the bottom of the motherboard. it will say either intel than numbers and letter or asus than numbers or letters. but we need the model number of your motherboard so we can get you the part number. Or can you give me the serial number off the bottom of the laptop and i can try to look up your information that way and get you the information you need to get the board.
